Einen Eindruck vom Studio findet ihr hier.

Das Studio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt über den Hinterhof zum Eingang.

Es gibt 2 Parkplätze im Innenhof. Bitte für jeden Shooting-Slot nur einen Parkplatz besetzen. Ansonsten am Besten in den Straßen um das Studio herum parken.

BEZAHLUNG

Per Überweisung mit Erhalt der Bilder.

Ihr bekommt zusammen mit den fertigen Bildern die Rechnung per Mail. Ihr müsst kein Bargeld mitnehmen.

STYLING

Es gibt die Möglichkeit vor Ort ein Haare & Make-Up Touch-Up von Maria Tissen machen zu lassen. Das Styling beginnt immer 30 min vor dem Shooting und ist im Shootingpreis inkludiert. Es ist nicht nötig das Styling vorher bei mir per Mail anzumelden. Gerne vor Ort einfach Maria ansprechen, was ihr euch wünscht. Bitte achtet darauf, dass es sich nicht um ein umfangreiches Styling handelt, sondern um ein Touch-Up. Es können sich pro Foto/Stylingslot so viele Leute von Maria schminken lassen, wie es die 30 min zulassen.

ABLAUF

Der Shooting-Slot ist 30 min. Davon werden ca. 20-25 min. fotografiert.

Bitte max. 10 min vor Shooting bzw. Stylingbeginn in den Studio Räumlichkeiten ankommen. 

Ihr könnt in die Shooting Räumlichkeiten während des Shootings eure Kleidung, Wertsachen etc. mitnehmen. Es gibt genug Platz zum Ablegen.

ERHALT DER BILDER

Die Bilder sind spätestens 4 Wochen nach dem Shooting für euch zum Download verfügbar. Ihr bekommt alle verwertbaren Bilder des Shootings (ca. 40 Stück). Die Bilder gibt es ausschließlich in meinem typischen Farbstil bearbeitet. Immer eine Farb- und eine schwarz-weiß Version.

SCHUHE

Wenn ihr auf den Bildern gerne Schuhe tragen würdet, nehmt bitte ein Paar separat mit, die ihr vorher an der Sohle gut sauber macht.

Wenn es euch auch gefällt, versucht eher zeitlose Schuhe anzuziehen, wie Boots, Stiefel, oder “edlere Schuhe”.

OUTFITS

Wichtigste Regel: Zieht euch das an, worin ihr euch wohl fühlt! :-)

Ich persönlich mag nicht so gerne die klassische blaue Jeans und weisses T-Shirt Kombi. Daher macht das Outfit viel aus. Damit ihr euch inspirieren könnt, findet ihr hier mein Pinterest Mood Board.

Wichtig für die Männer: Achtet bitte darauf, vor dem Shooting die Hosentaschen ganz zu entleeren.

UTENSILIEN

Falls eure Kinder ein Lieblingskuscheltier/eine Kindergitarre oder Ähnliches haben, mit dem/der sie gerne spielen, packt das ruhig mit ein. Das kann man sehr schön in das Shooting einbinden.

LINKED IN

Falls ihr als Familie kommt aber auch gerne ein aktuelles Businessbild von euch möchtet, nehmt gerne ein Business Outfit mit und wir machen eins. :)

HUNDE

Hunde gehören natürlich zur Familie und sind bei den Shootings willkommen!

Bitte dabei auch darauf achten, ein kleines Handtuch mitzunehmen, um die Pfoten zu reinigen, falls es draußen regnet.

STORNIERUNG

Eine Stornierung bis 5 Tage vor dem Termin ist kostenfrei.

Ab 5 Tage vor dem Shooting werden 50 % der Summe an dich in Rechnung gestellt - es sei denn, du findest einen Ersatz der den Termin wahrnimmt.

Bei einer Stornierung am Tag des Shootings, werden 100% der Summe an dich in Rechnung gestellt- es sei denn, du findest einen Ersatz der den Termin wahrnimmt.

You can find an impression of the studio here:

The Studio is located on the first floor and you enter it through the backyard. There are 2 parking lots in the backyard. Please use only one parking lot for each shooting. Otherwise it is best to park in the streets around the studio.

PAYMENT

By bank transfer with receipt of the pictures. You will receive the invoice by mail together with the finished pictures. You do not need to bring cash.

STYLING

There is the possibility to have a hair & make-up touch-up done by Maria at the location. The styling always starts 30 minutes before the shooting and is included in the shooting price. It is not necessary to book the styling in advance by email. Just ask Maria on location what you would like her to do. Please note that this is not an extended styling, but rather a touch-up. As many people as the 30 minutes allow can have their make-up done by Maria per photo/styling slot.

PROCEDURE

The shooting slot is 30 min. of which approx. 20-25 min. are photographed. Please arrive at the studio max. 10 minutes before the start of the shoot or styling. You can take your clothes, valuables etc. into the shooting rooms during the shoot. There is enough space to store them.

RECEIVING THE PICTURES

The pictures are available for you to download not later than 4 weeks after the shooting. You will receive all usable pictures of the shooting (at least 40). The pictures are exclusively edited in my typical color style. Always one color and one black and white version.

SHOES

If you would like to wear shoes on the pictures, please take a pair separately, which you clean well on the sole beforehand.

If you like it too, try to wear more timeless shoes, like booties, boots, or " dressy shoes"

OUTFITS

The most important rule: wear what you feel comfortable in! :-) Personally, I don't like the typical blue denim and white Shirt style. The outfit makes a big difference. Here is a mood board for inspiration:

Important for the men: Make sure you empty your trouser pockets before the shoot.

UTENSILS

If your kids have a favorite stuffed animal/children's guitar or something similar that they like to play with, feel free to pack that along. You can incorporate that into the shoot very nicely.

LINKED IN

If you are coming as a family but would also like a current business picture of you, feel free to take a fancy outfit and we'll do one. :)

DOGS

Dogs are part of the family and are welcome at the shoots! Please also make sure to bring a small towel to clean their paws in case it rains outside.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation up to 5 days before the appointment is free of charge.

From 5 days before the shoot, you will be charged 50% of the total amount - unless you find a replacement to take the appointment.

If you cancel on the day of the shoot, you will be charged 100% of the amount - unless you can find a replacement to take the appointment.

Mit wie vielen Personen dürfen wir kommen?

Die Shootings sind auf maximal 10 erwachsene Personen (Kleinkinder zählen nicht) beschränkt.

Kann ich die Shootings nur als Familie buchen?

Die Shootings sind für jeden gedacht. Egal ob Familie, Portrait oder Paarshooting.

Bis wann sind die Fotos fertig?
