How long have you been a photographer?
11 years!
How would you describe your style?
My style is very focused on real moments and emotions. I'm not going to make you do any "cheesy" stuff that feels forced. Nothing fake or awkward half-smile “into the camera”. It's about the real stuff. Of course I can take beautiful pictures just by putting you in front of the camera at the most beautiful sunset, but that's not my thing. I could also just come to your wedding or shoot, take beautiful pictures, and leave. But that's just not who I am! I don't move you a little to the right or left or ask you to smile for the camera while I make sure your clothes always fit perfectly. It's much, much more than that for me!
DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
Yessss! I love traveling and photographing you in the places you feel most comfortable.
WILL WE GET “SNEAK PEAKS”?
For weddings, definitely within a few days.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?
For weddings, I take 50% as an appointment reservation fee immediately after booking in order to block the appointment in my calendar for you. The remaining 50% must be paid by your wedding day at the latest. For other shoots we will discuss this after receiving the shooting request.
Do you help in the planning process?
Absolutely! Let me know what you need help with, if you need recommendations, and if there’s anything I can do to make the process easier for you!
What is your turnaround time?
Since I take on such a limited amount of jobs per year, I have a faster turnaround time than most photographers! The turnaround depends on how much I shoot, how busy I am, my travel schedule, and the holidays. Typically, for sessions it takes 3 weeks or less and weddings take 5 weeks or less. I try to get them back to you as soon as possible while making sure I give time to each and every image needs.
CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP US?
I won't change your appearance, just a little softening of the skin or removing small imperfections. If there's anything you're a little self-conscious about, let me know and I'll pay extra attention on that during the shoot.
How many images do you include?
How many images do you include?
Each one of my packages varies in how many images are delivered, but I promise I’ll always include plenty of images of everything I capture. I don’t like to give a cutoff number because I don’t believe in withholding any images from you to get you to pay more like some photographers do. These are your memories, I promise to capture them fully and give you more than enough images to remember this time in your lives
What happens if you can’t make it to our wedding?
Heaven forbids this happens, as it would only happen if it were out of my control (act of god, illness, death, etc) but in this case I would do my best to help find a replacement photographer to take my place that I trust with a similar style, although I’m not legally held to do so. If I can’t make it to your wedding your money will be refunded.
What if there’s bad weather?
I always encourage embracing whatever weather comes our way, as it’s beautiful and unique in photos. If it is harsh enough that it would make for a shitty time at our shoot and I can reschedule (or ruin my gear), then we totally will!
DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT YOU CAN RECOMMEND?
Yes, of course. As soon as you have booked me, it will be available to you. The list includes service providers that I have already worked with and that I can wholeheartedly recommend to you without hesitation.
WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER? DO YOU OFFER THIS?
For weddings with more than 100 guests I recommend booking a second photographer. It's easier to capture the little moments on the edge.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR THE SHOOT?

What if we need to cancel/reschedule our shoot or wedding?
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date.
Do you give RAW unedited images?
No, as I believe that editing is half the magic that goes into images and without this huge step the images are only halfway done. I promise to never leave any photos out that you’ll want/need, and if you feel I missed delivering a photo, just ask! I’m more than happy to check back through my images and send it over to you (I make mistakes, no lie!). I won’t let you miss out on your memories!<
